Questions

Common questions.

Short answers about the two account types, funding, sign-in, and the example numbers on the home page.

Accounts

What is a PAMM account?

Percentage allocation money management. Investors put money into one pool, and each person receives a share of the result that matches their share of that pool.

What is a MAM account?

A multi-account setup. The manager’s trade is applied to your own account, and the result stays on that account.

How are PAMM and MAM different?

PAMM shares one pool. MAM keeps your balance in its own account and applies the manager’s trade there.

Can I open both?

You choose PAMM or MAM when you sign up. The other type can be opened from the dashboard later. The currency you picked stays in place.

Money

How do I add or withdraw money?

Sign in and use Deposit or Withdrawal. The request is listed with your transactions. It is not complete until the firm accepts it.

Where does the balance sit?

Funding moves through the wallet on your account. A PAMM allocation is your share of a pool. A MAM balance stays on that MAM account.

Can the currency change later?

No. The currency chosen when the account is created stays locked to that account.

Signing in

Why do I see a code on the page?

Until the email domain is connected, the 6-digit sign-up, sign-in, and reset code is shown on the page so you can finish. It expires in a few minutes.

Do managers sign in?

No. The firm publishes the manager and records the result on your account. Managers do not have a login on this dashboard.

Will the public pages send me to the dashboard?

No. Home, about, contact, questions, terms, and privacy stay on the public site. Only sign-in and sign-up send a signed-in person to the dashboard.

Results

Are the example numbers a forecast?

No. The $100,000 pool on the home page only shows how a 40%, 35%, and 25% share of a $10,000 result would be split.

Is a pool result split into my own ticket?

No. The result is written on your account. It is not turned into a separate ticket for you.

Who places the trades?

The firm publishes the manager and records the result. You read that record after you sign in. You do not place the manager’s trades yourself.

Still need an answer?

Send a message with the account type and the email on the account. Do not include a sign-in code.
