Terms

Terms of use.

The rules for the Global Triumph Wealth Group public site and for a PAMM or MAM account on the dashboard.

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Global Triumph Wealth Group for the public pages and for the dashboard. If you create an account, sign in, or send a deposit or withdrawal request, you agree to them. The privacy policy explains the information those steps store.

1.The agreement

“We”, “us”, and “the firm” mean Global Triumph Wealth Group. “You” means the person who uses the site or the account. “Dashboard” means the signed-in pages where the account, wallet, deposits, withdrawals, and recorded results are shown.

These terms cover the public site and the dashboard together. A heading, an illustration, or an example on a public page is not a separate promise. If a sentence on a marketing page conflicts with these terms, these terms control.

We have not named a court or a registered office on this page. A dispute that cannot be resolved through the contact page is decided under the law that applies to the firm, in a court that has authority over the firm.

2.Who may open an account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You must use your own identity and an email you control. One person uses one account. You may not open an account for someone else, share the sign-in, or let another person move money through it.

We may refuse an account, or ask for more information, before it is opened or before a request is accepted. Opening an account does not by itself fund it, and it does not oblige the firm to accept a deposit or a withdrawal.

3.The account

You choose a password and you keep it private. Sign-up, sign-in, reset, and withdrawal codes are 6 digits sent to your email. Use them only for your own account, and do not forward them. You are responsible for activity that happens after a correct email code or password, until you tell us the sign-in is no longer yours.

You may be asked to confirm a new sign-in with an email code. If you turn on two-factor sign-in, that code is also required. We may lock the account for a short time after repeated failed attempts.

Tell us from the contact page if you believe someone else has used the account. Do not include the password or a live code in that message.

4.PAMM and MAM

You choose PAMM or MAM when the account is created, and you choose a currency. The currency stays with that account. You may open the other type later from the dashboard. Each type is a separate record.

  • PAMM. Investors allocate money to one pool. A result recorded on that pool is shared by the size of each allocation. Your part is your allocation divided by the pool. The result is written on your account. It is not split into a new ticket in your name.
  • MAM. The manager’s trade is applied to your own account. Your balance stays separate from the pool. The result stays on that account.

The figures shown in the dashboard are the figures the firm records. A delay in a price feed, a review, or a posting does not by itself change the recorded result.

5.Deposits and withdrawals

A deposit or a withdrawal is a request you submit after you sign in. It is not complete when you submit it. It is complete when the firm accepts it and the wallet record is updated. Until then, the request can be declined, delayed, or sent back for a missing proof or a failed identity check.

Wallet entries are the firm’s record of accepted requests and of results written on the account. They are not a bank statement from another institution, and they are not cash held in your own name at a bank unless the dashboard says that in the request itself.

Any fee that applies is the fee shown in the dashboard at the time you submit the request. A fee is not created by an example on the public site.

You must send only money you are allowed to send. You must not use the account to move another person’s money, to hide the source of funds, or to break a law that applies to you.

6.Verification

We may ask for a passport, a national identity card, or a driver’s licence, the document number, photographs of the document, and a photograph of you, before we accept a deposit, a withdrawal, or continued use of the account. You agree that the documents are yours and that the photographs are accurate.

We may decline or pause a request while a document is missing, unreadable, or inconsistent with the account. A declined verification does not by itself delete the account.

7.Risk

Trading and pooled accounts can lose money. You can lose some or all of an allocation. Past results on an account are not a forecast of later results. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell a security in a place where that would be unlawful.

You decide whether to open an account, which type to open, and whether to submit a deposit. The firm records the result. It does not guarantee a profit, a rate, or the return of an allocation.

8.The public pages

The public pages describe how a pool share is calculated and how the dashboard is organised. The pool example, with allocations of 40 percent, 35 percent, and 25 percent, is arithmetic. It is not a result you should expect and it is not a promise.

The public pages do not sign you in. Only sign-in and sign-up send a person who is already signed in onward to the dashboard.

9.Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • open an account with someone else’s name, email, or documents;
  • share a password, an email code, or a two-factor code;
  • send a password or a live code through the contact form or a support ticket;
  • interfere with the site, probe it for a weakness, or attempt to read another person’s account;
  • upload a file that contains malware or that you have no right to send;
  • use the account for fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that breaks the law that applies to you.

10.Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that fails a verification, or that we believe is being misused. We may refuse a deposit or a withdrawal on the same grounds. Where we can do so without harming the inquiry or another person, we will tell you by the email on the account.

You may ask us to close the account from the dashboard, or from the contact page if you cannot sign in. Closing stops new use. It does not erase a deposit, a withdrawal, a recorded result, or a verification the firm must keep, and it does not complete a request that was still waiting for review.

11.Intellectual property

The site, the dashboard, the name Global Triumph Wealth Group, and the logo are owned by the firm or used by the firm with permission. You may not copy the pages, the mark, or the dashboard for your own product. You keep ownership of the text and files you submit. You give the firm permission to store and review them for the account and for the request they belong to.

12.Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and the dashboard available, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of error. Maintenance, a failed email provider, or a rejected verification can delay a code or a request.

To the extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for lost profit, a loss you chose to risk by allocating money, or a loss caused by someone else using a sign-in you did not keep private. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud.

The public pages are provided for information. Your remedy if you do not agree with them is to stop using the site and, if you have an account, to ask for it to be closed.

13.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of this version. The version on this page replaces an earlier version. If you keep using the account after that date, the updated terms apply. A change does not rewrite a deposit or a result that was already accepted and recorded.

14.Contact

Questions about these terms go through the contact page. Include the email on the account if you already have one. Do not send a password or a sign-in code. How we handle that message is described in the privacy policy.
